You are studying architecture and want to do more than design work — you want to understand how existing buildings are developed further, technically and energetically?
At EcoFuture Solutions you support real projects around energy advisory, energy-focused modernisation and digital building capture, entirely remotely.
The role is deliberately broad: from preparing building records and analysing existing structures to 3D/BIM topics and groundwork for retrofit and energy concepts.
What you will shape
- Preparing building records, drawings and building data
- Supporting condition analyses of residential and non-residential buildings
- Contributing to energy-focused modernisation projects
- Preparing and structuring building data for energy advisory projects
- Supporting retrofit and measure concepts
- Contributing to BIM and 3D as-built models
- Supporting Matterport and digital building projects
- Producing project documents, graphics and documentation
- Researching and structuring technical information
- Helping to develop internal project and digital processes further
This is an assistant / working student role under professional guidance. Energy assessments, funding applications and legally relevant certifications are not carried out independently.
What you bring
An ongoing architecture degree is the basis. Graduates and architects who deliberately look for a technical assistant role are equally welcome.

Who we are looking for
This role fits you particularly well if you are curious about what happens after the architectural design: How is an existing building assessed energetically? Which modernisation actually makes sense? How is building data captured digitally and used for decisions?
You do not need to know everything already. What matters more is that you work in a structured, reliable way and want to grow into these topics.
